New Quirk City: Dress Review

New Quirk City, do they every run out of puns at ModCloth?
I waited and waited for this dress to go on sale, but when it looked like they were going to run out of my size, I went ahead and bought it.  I wish now that I had kept on waiting.  It just went on sale for 40% off.
The print is adorable and the cut is very flattering, but the fabric feels like cardboard and doesn't move well.  When I raise my arms, the shoulders pop-up in a really silly way.  I can't imagine what will happen when I wash it, but I get the feeling it will be a beast to iron.
So, overall I can't whole-heartedly recommend the dress, but I can't entirely condemn it either.
