What happened to summer?! I've been looking forward to an oppressive heat that lasts well into October for so long and now here it is, still August and I'm dragging out all my tights and cardis to get me through the chilly mornings. This dress was the inexpensive version and as far as I can tell the reason it costs less is because it is synthetic fabric instead of cotton, and is unlined. So, if you're a bit of a clothes horse like me and always pining after the latest prints without the bankroll to buy them all, and if you already have the appropriate undergarments i.e. slips and chemises, petticoats, etc, then these dresses, ranging from $15-$30 are really worth it.
