Summer is coming to a close and I hate to see it go. Cardigans are all well and good, but I much prefer to show off my dresses without all the extra layers sometimes.
I bought this pink gingham two piece Check and Chic set that was on my Pink Gingham Shopping List from June. Two piece sets are really awesome because they open up the possibilities for outfits. It's so lovely that I have absolutely no regrets. I'm sometimes wary of buying from places that I don't shop at all the time because I hate the hassle of having to return things that don't fit true to size, but so far, I've never had any problem with Chic Wish.
I do pay close attention to the measurements though because there are things that tend to run a bit short, but other than that everything has been just as advertised on size and the quality is reliably good as well. This is one place that I do trust. This morning I'm out for one of my bike rides around the "neighborhood" if trees count as houses and squirrels count as neighbors.
I need this sort of peaceful time before I start my day and I'm glad that I live in a place that has this isolated calm to it. It's very much my refuge from a chaotic world.
