....then these colors are good enough for me. I've always been a fan of yellow and black, throw in a french bulldog print and a peter pan collar and this outfit is rocketing to the top of my favorites list. These skinny jeans from Sweaty Rocks are new and I really like them. They're probably the most comfortable skinny jeans I currently own.

Hello :) I am absolutely in love with your blog and am going to bookmark it for style inspiration! I saw this pic of you wearing the Modcloth Honey cardigan (in MC's style gallery) and am really curious to know which size you have because I love how the fit looks! (it's a silly question, I know, and I hope you don't mind me asking!) I recently ordered one in a sz medium, but I think Modcloth may have switched vendors, so the new cardis seem to be different in sizing/ fit and overall quality. The new cardi brand label is "Fervour" (is this the same label as yours?) I may return and exchange to a bigger size for a more relaxed and loose fit. Anywho, I look forward to your reply! I hope you have a lovely day ^_^
ReplyDeleteHello! Thanks so much for your kind words :D I purchased all of my cardis a couple of years ago and all in size small. The brand for all the Charter School Cardigans that I purchased is MAK. One thing I noticed right away is that they all fit differently. The Navy Blue, Rust, and Orchid colors are short and tight, while the Royal Blue, Red, and Honey were longer and looser. I learned to gauge what the fit was going to be by comparing the photos of the cardis to see how long they all were. I ordered one Fervour cardi and it is much less form fitting, a bit baggy even, so the brand is more than likely making the difference. I hope that's helpful and my very best wishes to you :)
ReplyDeleteThat is very helpful! Thank you so much :) I appreciate that you took the time to give your feedback! I think you may be right about the brand making the difference; I may try searching on eBay or Poshmark for the discontinued MAK cardi ;) *fingers crossed*. On a side note, I'm going to share your amazing blog with a few friends who also have passions for style and art, and who are also interested in starting personal sites/ blogs of their own. I'm really enjoying many of your posts and especially the Artist Spotlight section!
ReplyDeleteThank you, that is so sweet! Best of luck with the cardis and keep in touch :D
