Musical Maven

Sometimes I need space and sometimes I'm so glad to be drowning in beautiful clothes.  If you've been a ModCloth fan for a few years you probably remember this In the Key of Chic dress by Bea & Dot.  It sold out in my size at least twice before I finally  was able to buy it, but after the first couple of wears, it got filed away in  my closet.
After a year or so, I nearly parted with it rather than see it sit there gathering dust, but each time I pulled it out to put in the sale pile, it tugged at my heart a little and I just couldn't let it go.  Now I'm glad I kept it, because it's come back around in my repertoire and I've got so many outfit ideas!  I'm excited to share them with you.  Today I'm doing something which I should have done from the start which is to wear it with a simple black belt and cutesy bear tights.
It's going to be a quiet day at home and honestly, I know it sounds silly, but I'll take a quiet day all dressed up with no where to be than bustling through the big cities of the world.  My ukulele playing skills aren't what they should be, but this is the perfect kind of day to practice.
