This little post got shuffled to the side in all the spring busyness, but I love the outfit and I love the flowers so, let's take a moment and pretend that summer is still starting out instead of ending up.
June marks the beginning of summer and that's something to be excited about, but it also marks the end of the spring flowers. I love seeing all the flowers burst into bloom and I'm sad to see them go. I won't get this excited again until autumn puts on her show, which as been marvelous these last two years and I have every hope that it will be again this year as long as summer isn't too severe.
This post also marks the end of a little series I've been doing with this pink tulle skirt from Chicwish. The series has been about different ways to style a very girly-girl skirt like a serious (but not too serious) adult. I've shown you look for the office, a causal look, a special occasion look, and now today's post I call the date night look. For this post I paired my skirt with this pastel Creative Contribution map print top from ModCloth. I think it works quite nicely as a late spring outfit.
