I won't say it's cooler outside, but I will say that the days are shorter and I know that summer will be ending soon. So, it's one last visit here while the water is still warm and the days are still hot.
We'll bring the dogs and a picnic lunch and enjoy the coolness of the shade and the rocks in the heat of the day. And then it will be time for school books and schedules again.
I feel like my time in shorts and sundresses gets more brief every year. I don't know if the summers are getting shorter or the time just goes by faster the older I get.
