I did a post last fall about finding one of two lovely petal plaid skirts by Tracy Reese. You can view both of those outfit posts here and here. At long last, I found the skirt in its more sought after version of orange and blue on ThredUp.
I love both skirts, obviously, because I think the black has so much to offer in its subtle shades, but this orange has autumn written all over it and I am so excited to see what I put together. It's a little harder to work with bright colors because I don't want to go over board, but since nature has gone over board already with the reds, oranges, and yellows, I guess it can't hurt to be bold just this once. To keep it from being over the top, I went with a neutral shoe and a solid top. Gosh, I love this skirt! It's a thick wool fabric and those petal layers are just so lovely.

These colours are so perfect on you. They match your hair amazingly well! It really has an autumny feeling to it!
