Strawberries Trending

Strawberries, Strawberries everywhere.  This has been the year of strawberries; that's how fashion trends go.  I first noticed the trend in the springtime and wondered what was going on that everyone was so bonkers for berries.  But, I liked the trend so much that I decided not to go poking at it.
Turns out, as you probably already know, that there was a reason for the explosion in berry prints and it all came down to one gorgeous dress making huge waves on Tik Tok.  If you don't know what I'm talking about, then please, please come back tomorrow because we'll be talking all about that beautiful dress.
But, before I knew the cause of all the commotion, I saw this cozy little Strawberry Embroidery Puff Sleeve Sweater and it reminded me so much of cutesy Japanese 80s style that I decided to buy it.  The material was listed as polyester and I was a little apprehensive that it would be scratchy, but it's very soft and stretchy.
This sweater gives me lots of nostalgic vibes, it's something I would have been gaga over in the 80s and I love it just as much now.  But, then again, I was always a Strawberry Shortcake fan--yes, I did collect the dolls as an adult and I still have them although I did let me kids play with some of them--and I'm glad this strawberry trend has had its year.
I don't think the trend is over yet and we're definitely not done talking about it.  In fact, I'm devoting the entire week to some really great strawberry finds.  See you tomorrow!  (Seriously, you do not want to miss tomorrow's post!)
